Dynamic Stretching

Everybody knows stretching is good for you; but unfortunately not everybody knows the correct time to use certain types of stretching. Or even know that different types of stretching exist. Without going into a huge article on the reasons why. You want to use dynamic stretching before workouts/sporting events and static stretching afterwards. The video below shows the dynamic stretching routine I use before my workouts/sporting events. Give it a try and reap the benefits!!!!
